HypnoBirthing
Teacher Training
Learn how to create and run classes that empower your clients to have a positive birthing experience through simple self-hypnosis, specific breathing and deep relaxation exercises.
We teach the SIMPLE Hypnobirthing Method, the fully comprehensible, packaged and ready-to-teach programme which has proven results. This course provides you with a Professional Certification in Hypnobirthing.

Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training
This course is safe, effective teaching and includes contraindication advice, asana practise, mindfulness training, active birth techniques, breathing techniques for birthing, and advice on how to launch your own successful business.
The ZenMuma Pregnancy Yoga course provides you with a Professional Certification in Pregnancy Yoga.

BABY YOGA & MASSAGE AND
POST-NATAL YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
The baby yoga & massage and post-natal yoga teacher training, places emphasis on skills and techniques to encourage babies natural development, post-natal healing and a bonding experience for mum and baby.

Learn to teach toddler, children's and tween yoga including the full range of yoga asanas appropriate for each child’s age. Jackie will guide you on how to teach and encourage the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way.
The ZenMuma Toddler/Children's Yoga course provides you with a Professional Certification in Toddler/ Children's Yoga.

Teen yoga teacher training
Learn to teach teen yoga including class plans featuring a full range of age appropriate yoga asanas. Jackie will guide you on how to teach and encourage the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way.
The ZenMuma Teen Yoga course provides you with a Professional Certification in Teen Yoga. Please note that to attend this course you must have at least two years yoga practice experience.

ZenMuma Business and Marketing Training
Learn the essentials of: Making a living as a pregnancy yoga teacher with our ZenMuma ‘business and marketing guide’, Building your business sustainably, and devising your business plan/strategy, Branding your business, Starting classes, Finding your clients and keeping them, Understanding the economics of running your own pregnancy yoga business and How to market your classes effectively. Please be aware that there is training in business and marketing entwined with each individual course. This is an additional advanced extra.
