Our training centre delivers training in yoga and mindfulness to schools, teachers, child educators, social care and healthcare supporters, as well as yoga teachers, personal trainers and parents.

Our Training

In this course - created by yoga seniors, social scientists, occupational therapists and education consultants you’ll gain the in-depth skills, knowledge and confidence you need to teach proprioceptive exercise based on yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, resilience training and self-care to our teenagers and young people.

This course is appropriate for PSHE, PE and wellbeing support in schools.

Our wellbeing content, tools and techniques, specifically good for physical and mental health, are easy to learn and inspirational to teach.

Content Delivery

We like to teach teen yoga and mindfulness in an engaging and relevant way, but in an informational manner, so our teenagers can learn about their own mental and physical health and how to support it.

The focus of our classes is on the most important themes for teens of resilience, self-belief, positivity, strength and connection, and is taught through exercise based on yoga, breathwork and mindfulness.

Teen yoga classes will have an emphasis on PE, PSHE and wellbeing, and also on the human condition, what the biology of stress is, and means, and how we can help ourselves.

Class content will include breathwork, mindfulness, warm-ups, physical poses and postures, relaxation and guided meditation.

Certification

We will teach you all you need to know to successfully teach inspiring classes of your own and receive the Professional ‘Teen Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Certification’.

Our Aim

Our aim is to teach our children and young people an understanding of physiological and biological wellbeing, and to offer usable resilience tools, so our kids have a go-to tool box they can use to self calm and self regulate whenever they need to.
