Pregnancy Yoga & Baby / Post-Natal Yoga

Hey, I’m Charly - Marketing Director at ZenMuma! I am a mummy to three beautiful children and live in Aldborough, North Norfolk. I am a 200hr certified Hatha Yoga Teacher as well as Pregnancy Yoga and Baby and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and have worked in marketing and graphic design for over 15 years - which is my other passion. I fell in love with yoga as a teenager and have practised ever since on and off - I also went to pregnancy yoga when pregnant as well as baby and postnatal yoga with my babies and knew I would love to support pregnant mamas-to-be and new mums in the same way and start building that crucial local community.

I chose to train with ZenMuma after completing my 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Jackie Heffer-Cooke, because she is so knowledgeable and I knew I wanted to spread some of the yoga joy to pregnant mamas to give them the best chance of having a calm birth as well as to soothe any discomforts they are feeling during pregnancy. I think all pregnant mums deserve some time self-care and time for them. I also met such a wonderful group of ladies when I joined pregnancy and postnatal yoga and really love the community building and friendship side of it too - as it can sometimes feel lonely when you are pregnant or a new mum.

I am currently offering Pregnancy Yoga classes in North Norfolk on Tuesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm at Grove Farm Wellbeing near Aylsham. I also offer weekly Hatha Yoga Classes in North Norfolk and events through Seed Yoga.
