Thailand yoga retreat
Thailand and yoga. Immersed in bright sunshine, lush rainforest and beach surroundings. Appreciate the wonders of Thailand’s natural beauty and in doing so discover the beauty of your own inner space. This is the is the ultimate retreat – the beach and yoga experience – one you will never forget.
The Retreat takes place at Lanta Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio and platform, tranquil, private and surrounded by lush rain-forest. The Yoga is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, with a splash of sunset Yin. There will be two yoga sessions a day suitable for all levels of yogis, including beginners, and more powerful sessions for those with a deeper practise wanting to advance their practice. This is a retreat, so the yoga practices will be exploring all aspects of yoga from the 8 limbs, but the teachings are approachable, inclusive and translated into ideas for modern daily living. If you simply want to come for a beginner’s practise and have a holiday, then you are most welcome too, this in itself will be enough to have an experience of a lifetime.

The yoga will start at sunrise on the 28th and will finish at sunset on 2nd April.
The retreats include 6 days of yoga and 7 night’s accommodation, breakfast and lunch. The price also includes transfers to and from Krabi airport to Lanta Yoga, Jackie will meet you at Lanta Yoga. It is possible to arrange extra night’s accommodation through the resorts, we are happy to help.

In The Evening
You will be invited to join Jackie for an evening meal at one of the many restaurants along the two-mile-long Koh Lanta beach. These restaurants are basic, but again beautiful, and are actually located on the Pra-ae beach. Lying on a Thai cushion before or after eating is essential! Of course, you are very welcome to muse out for dinner on your own or with your friends, Jackie will point you towards her recommendations. Jackie has been visiting these restaurants for 14 years, in her opinion sitting at an informal Koh Lanta restaurant table, on a beach, with toes in the sand, whilst eating fresh barbecued fish, or lemongrass curry is the only way to eat.
Immersed in lush rainforest and beach surroundings Koh Lanta is the perfect blend of Thai natural beauty. The beach is sublime, 2 km long, with a scattering of authentic beach restaurants and bars where you can relax and watch the sunset across the sea, Thai longtails silhouetted on the horizon.
